APPLICATIONS
Specifically designed for power plant desulfurization. This product has good dispersion in water, and can be well dissolved with the slurry, not easy to demulsify, no floating oil, and can quickly reduce the surface tension of the slurry. It can effectively eliminate foam and inhibit the generation of foam for a long time, so, it can control the liquid level in the desulfurization tower, prevent the liquid level in the desulfurization tower high than normal and slurry overflow, and reduce the scale blockage of the heat exchanger (GGH) caused by foam.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Add to the processing water supply pool. Adding method: intermittent periodic dosing or continuous dosing via metering pump.
Dosage of this product: When the initial bubbling overflow occurs in the absorption tower, the initial addition amount will be bigger, the actual dosage is determined according to the smoke volume, the coal composition and the combustion process, the absorbent, and the amount of sulfur dioxide. The use unit can be determined by the addition material according to the actual situation.
Dosing frequency: Generally twice a day, the specific dosing frequency depends on the foaming of the absorber.
