5752 is a non-silicon defoamer with excellent compatibility and strong defoaming ability, which can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in the system, inhibit the introduction of bubbles during stirring and help tiny bubbles to escape from the coating released. It can solve the stirring bubbles of matte powder and zinc powder and help the degassing of porous substrates during construction. It will not affect the adhesion between layers, especially suitable for defoaming of primers. It has the characteristics of high cost performance, wide versatility, and few side effects. It is suitable for solvent-based and non-solvent-based coatings, inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It can be used to eliminate air bubbles generated during production, construction, and substrate wetting.

APPLICATIONS
5752 is recommended for two-component PU systems, amino baking varnish systems, nitro dip coating systems, acid curing, amino baking varnishes, coil coatings, etc. (PU, NC, PE, epoxy and other solvent-based and solvent-free systems). It can be used in wood paint, industrial paint, anti-corrosion paint, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
For best performance, defoamers should be added to the grind prior to grinding. If added at a later stage, there must be a high enough shear force to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer and prevent cratering.
Recommended dosage: generally 0.1-1% of the total amount. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through experiments.
