FEATURES
68 can be used as a standard additive. It has good wettability, excellent acid and alkali resistance and temperature resistance. Due to its excellent wetting property, it can be applied in spraying, roller coating, dipping and swab coating process. It is suitable for printing ink and varnish and used as a wetting and leveling agent. It can be used as a primary or secondary emulsifier for emulsion polymerization and can be used in the production of many types of emulsions. In addition, it can be used as post additive in various emulsions including pure acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl acetate-acrylate and butylbenzene. It has excellent effects in terms of reducing surface tension, improving flow and leveling performance, enhancing the wetting and coating performance of the emulsion on the substrate surface.

APPLICATIONS
1) Aqueous emulsion, such as acrylic emulsion.
2) Substrates that are difficult to wet: such as plastics, metal surfaces, cellophane, aluminum and plastic films.
3) Water-based overprint inks: can make offset printing inks overprinted more easily.
4) Water-based color paste, water-based ink, water-based paint and leather treatment agent.
5) Water-based adhesives, water-based PU, etc.
6) Water-based varnish, water-based matte vanish, fountain solution, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total formula amount. It can be added directly or in the form of dilution, it can be dissolved in water, isopropyl alcohol, butanediol, xylene etc.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
