FEATURES
9014 is used to prevent color floating in complex paints where titanium dioxide pigments are mixed with other pigments. The flowering phenomenon has a particularly obvious effect. This product is a controlled flocculation dispersant that can be added before or after. It can control floating and blooming in the tank. It has certain anti-settling and anti-sagging effects, especially for floating and whitening. It has excellent wetting and dispersing effect on pigments, and forms hydrogen bonds and thixotropy in the resin system. The polysiloxane component contained will not have a negative impact on the paint film, and has the function of promoting leveling and improving the hand feeling. When pigments are mixed with other fillers, this product can effectively prevent the formation of hardening.

APPLICATIONS
9014 is suitable for medium and high polarity resin systems, recommended for alkyd, acrylic, amino baking paint, two-component polyurethane, epoxy paint, vinyl paint, etc. This product uses high boiling point solvents (non-flammable chemicals).
APPLICATION PROCESS
It is recommended to add it before grinding, or you can add an appropriate amount afterwards to control floating color and blooming. Generally, the total formula amount is 0.1~0.4%, and the bentonite amount is 20~50%; excessive addition will cause gloss loss, poor leveling and foam stabilization, etc.

SHELF LIFE
Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. It may crystallize when the temperature is lower than 10°C, but it does not affect the use effect after being heated to a liquid state.
