9216 has excellent effects on various organic pigments, inorganic pigments and carbon black. The wetting and dispersing ability can greatly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the pigment filling amount. Meanwhile, it has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and return to coarseness. Compared with small molecule wetting and dispersing agents, it can greatly improve storage stability of ground color paste. This product has good compatibility with commonly used coating resins and has good versatility in coating systems. It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of pigments and fillers by the base material, reduce the viscosity of the system, improve fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time.

APPLICATIONS
9216 is suitable for medium polarity and medium to high polarity systems, and is suitable for almost all solvent-based systems. It can be used to disperse organic pigments and carbon black. It can also be used to disperse inorganic pigments and titanium dioxide. Besides, it is suitable for automotive refinishing paint, high-end industrial paint, PU, NC, PE, epoxy sealant (potting glue), UV, baking paint and coil coating, etc. This product is a non-flammable chemical.
APPLICATION PROCESS
In order to obtain excellent performance, it should be added to the grinding material before dispersion or added to the system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.
The dosage varies according to different usage systems: for titanium dioxide: 2-4%; inorganic pigments: 4%-8%; organic pigments: 20-50%; ordinary carbon black: 25-50%; high-pigment carbon black: 60-150%; matting Powder 10-20%, the specific dosage is subject to testing.
