FEATURES

9274 deflocculates the pigment through steric hindrance stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, it can obtain high gloss and improve the color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the decrease of viscosity, the flow performance is improved and the pigment content can be increased. This product has a strong viscosity reduction effect, low foaming, does not need to add defoamer in grinding process and can improve luster. The additive is particularly suitable for the production of stable, resin-free pigment concentrate with a pigment content of 30-60%, which can be used for paint mixing of standard water-based base materials.

APPLICATIONS

9274 can be used in various polyester system, acrylic system, alkyd system, polyurethane system, styrene propylene, epoxy and other systems. It has excellent color acceptance and development effect for grinding organic pigments and carbon black pigments. This product has strong stability, can be used for water-based universal color paste, resin containing system, no resin system. It is suitable for waterborne industrial coatings, automotive coatings, leather coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, waterborne printing inks and waterborne adhesives.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Grinding can only be carried out in water and grinding resin, the auxiliary is mixed with water, and the additive must be fully dispersed before adding the pigment.According to the amount of different use systems, the amount of additives (purchased form) is based on pigments, organic pigments: 10%-30%, carbon black: 10-50%. The above data is empirical, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

SHELF LIFE

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Stratification or turbidity may occur when stored or transported at temperatures below 0 ℃. Heat to 20 ℃ and stir before use.
