9309A is a special hyperdispersant for water-based coatings containing a number of pigment affinity groups, which not only has good wettability, but also has excellent anti-settling, anti-flocculation and anti-floating ability. It is suitable for dispersing inorganic pigments, organic pigments and carbon black in water-based systems. It also has excellent viscosity reduction effect, which has excellent dispersion stability effect on various organic pigments and inorganic pigments.It can replace similar imported products. This product has strong versatility, does not affect the water resistance of the paint film. It is suitable for the preparation of water-based universal color paste and has excellent dispersion effect on organic pigments, carbon black and inorganic pigments. It is also suitable for water-based and water-soluble coatings, grinding of color paste containing resin etc.

APPLICATIONS
9309A is suitable for waterborne pigment pulp concentrate, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, printing inks, adhesives etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
For best performance, the additive should be added slowly (with mixing) to the grinding resin/cosolvent or emulsion resin mixture. When used for non-resinous pigment concentrate, the additive is evenly mixed with water before adding the pigment. The pigment must be fully dispersed before being added.
Inorganic pigments (10%-20%); Titanium dioxide (5%-10%); Organic pigments (20%-60%BET value); Carbon black (40%-100%); Non-resinous pigment pulp concentrate: calculate the amount according to the effect.

SHELF LIFE
Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. At low temperatures, crystallization may precipitate, resulting in turbidity or stratification, but it does not affect the use effect. The product is stable at low temperatures, and storage temperatures above 5℃ are recommended.
