1057 has excellent wetting, smoothing and abrasion resistance properties, which can significantly reduce surface tension and effectively wet difficult-to-wet substrates. It can prevent shrinkage holes and increase surface smoothness. It can also improve scratch resistance and anti-adhesion.

APPLICATIONS
1057 is commonly used in a variety of coating and printing ink systems and is particularly suitable for radiation-curing systems.
APPLICATION PROCESS
It can be added to the paint in original or pre-diluted form as well as pre-diluted with the recommended solven. Recommend dosage is 0.05-1.0%.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
