FEATURES
1014 can be used in water-based and solvent-based systems. It can be used as water-based levelling agent, solvent-based levelling agent and radiation curing levelling agent. It can significantly improve the fluidity and transparency in the varnish, and it has effective anti-shrinking and leveling properties, excellent smoothness, anti-friction and anti-adhesion properties. It shows long wave effect in spraying construction. It is especially suitable for polyurethane systems.

APPLICATIONS
1014 can be used in wood coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, varnishes, radiation-curing varnishes etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Pre-dilution or supply form can be added directly to the coating system; Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will facilitate addition and mixing. In acidic or alkaline media, it is advisable to check the long term effetiveness of the product.
Recommend dosage: automotive paints (0.05-0.3%), radiation-curing varnishes (0.05-0.5%), water-based overprint varnishes (0.05-0.3%), water-based and solvent-based wood coatings (0.05-0.3%).
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE
Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
