FEATURES
1301 provides fast leveling and short wave leveling, which strongly reduces surface tension. It has very strong anti-shrinkage holes' ability. It has good compatibility and provides certain hand feel and matte powder orientation ability. Different from conventional polyether modified silicone additives, it has no thermal decomposition between 150-230°C, so it does not affect the recoating performance when used for high-temperature baking paint, for recoating in baking system, it will not cause adhesion loss and surface defects. It can also greatly improve the fingerprint resistance of the paint film.

APPLICATIONS
1301 is suitable for various baking varnish systems, especially for industrial baking varnish, coil material, iron printing, UV light curing coating system, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
It can be added at any stage of production.Recommend dosage 0.05~1%.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
