FEATURES
1243 can strongly reduce surface tension, which can provide significant substrate wetting, wear resistance as well as increase surface smoothness and improve scratch resistance and anti-adhesion properties. This product has good recoating ability and can be used in water-based and oil-based system, especially for radiation-curing systems. It is one standard silicone additive which can improve surface properties in all solvent-borne, solvent-free and water-based coatings.

APPLICATIONS
1243 can be used in printing inks, wood coatings, varnishes, various industrial coatings, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Pre-dilution or supply form can be added directly to the coating system. Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will simplify addition and mixing. There will be turbidity at low temperature, which can be eliminated by heating, it will not affect the product quality. Recommend dosage: 0.05~0.3%.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE
Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
