2041 is used in water-based systems, and also suitable for radiation-cured systems and solvent-based systems. This additive can rapidly and effectively reduce the surface tension of the system, wet the substrate, and spread on the substrate surface. It can wet the surfaces of metals, glass, and plastics. Even if there is dust and oil stains on the surface, it can still well wet the substrate. Moreover, it will not stabilize the foam and is also helpful for defoaming. It can improve the uniform coating property without fisheyes or small pinholes, and enhance the leveling property. This product is resistant to acids and alkalis, and has a relatively low dynamic surface tension, which can enhance the hydrophilicity of the product and increase its solubility in water

APPLICATIONS
2041 It can be used in various resin systems, suitable for clear varnish coatings and pigment-containing color pastes, as well as primers and base color paints, topcoats, etc. It can be widely used in water-based coatings, water-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, dampening solutions, inkjet inks, latex impregnation, electroplating solutions, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Pre-diluted or directly added according to the supply form can be used. Recommend dosage:0.1~1%.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
