FEATURES
R29 has high molecular weight and strong thickening ability as well as anti-sediment and mold resistence. It is easy to use, as an alkali swelling rheological modifier, when diluted with water and neutralized with alkali, the emulsion particles expand quickly, under this condition, the emulsion will become clear and very viscous, and, the fluidity and leveling performance of the paint are improved. This thickener is high efficiency with little using amount. It has excellent rheology and can reduce syneresis. It is compatible with organic or inorganic pigments. It has excellent high-shear viscosity and can improve leveling and splash resistance. It has good gloss retention, good brush resistance, and good anti-caking ability.

APPLICATIONS
R29 used in the field of water-based paints, adhesives, water-based inks, paper making, textiles, interior and exterior wall latex paints, fabric coatings, paint printing, pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsions, detergents, defoamers, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Adjust the pH value of the paint to 7-8. Slowly add the diluted product under low-speed stirring. While stirring, measure the change of the viscosity of the paint. Stop adding the thickener after reaching the specified viscosity. The dosage is 0.2%-2.0% of the total amount of the formula.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE
Store under airtight and dark at room temperature below 25°C. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
