1465 can reduce both static surface tension and dynamic surface tension. It complies with FDA and EPA standards and does not contain solvents and APE. This product is Gemini non-ionic surfactant based on acetylenic diol technology, which is prepared by adding acetylenic alcohol with 65wt% ethylene oxide. This product is generally used as a wetting agent and can improve solubility and compatibility in water-based paints, water-based inks, and adhesives.

1465 can be used as raw material for cleaning agent. It is recommended to be used in water-based coatings, adhesives, inks, and varnish industries to provide leveling, wetting, and anti-shrinkage holes functions. For those coating films requirement strict control of surface defects, this agent can be used to prevent problems such as shrinkage holes, pinholes, and fish eyes etc.
