It has good compatibility with other additives. It also has good biodegradability and recoatability, low foam, and good compatibility with different polymers.

APPLICATIONS

2116 is suitable for water-based color pastes, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, etc. It can also be used in industrial coatings, leather coatings, automotive coatings, and anti-corrosion coatings. It is a standard additive in water-based coating formulations.

APPLICATION PROCESS

2116 can be pre-diluted or added directly to the system as supplied. Auxiliary dosage (purchase form): water-based color paste: 0.1%-3.0%; printing ink: 0.1%-1.0%; water-based paint: 0.1%-1.0%. Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.1-1%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Separation, turbidity or paste may occur when stored or transported at temperatures below 0 ° C. Heat to 20 ° C and stir before use.
