FEATURES
1901W has extremely excellent defoaming effects. It breaks the bubble at fast speed and has a good capacity of eliminating the micro foam. It is insensitive to temperature and can be used in a wide range of temperature and pH value, suitable for high viscosity and difficult-to- defoam systems. It is recommended to add it in the grinding stage and it needs high shear or pre-dilution when adding it in the let-down stage, that is, it needs to be ground or dispersed at high speed after addition.

APPLICATIONS
1901W can be widely used in various water-based coatings, inks and adhesive systems. It has relatively excellent defoaming effect in emulsified epoxy systems. It can be used in epoxy, acrylic emulsion, polyurethane and other systems. It is suitable for water-based industrial paints, water-based wood paints, automotive coatings, architectural coatings, water-based inks, adhesives, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1901W can be added at any stage of production. Recommended dosage: 0.1-1% of the total amount, The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE
Stored in a dry and cool place. The storage temperature is kept at 5℃ ~35℃. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
