FEATURES
823 has good water solubility and can greatly reduce the surface tension of the system. It can produce rich, fine foams. Meanwhile, it has good emulsification, dispersibility, water solubility and detergency , and it is an important new non-ionic fluorocarbon surfactant.

APPLICATIONS
823 can be used as raw material for cleaning agent . It also can provide leveling, wetting and shrinkage resistance in water-based coatings and varnishes. Besides, it can be used in many other systems that need to reduce surface tension.
APPLICATION PROCESS
According to the production needs, it can be pre-configured according to the concentration of about 1% or directly added. The actual using concentration of fluorocarbon surfactant is only about 0.003% (about 30ppm).
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE
Stable under normal temperature and pressure. Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents. It is stored sealed and in a cool, dry warehouse. Keep away from oxidizing agents. Shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture. If it is more than 36 months, please test it before use.
