6629A With strong shear thinning properties and strong pseudoplasticity, it is very suitable for spray-type emulsions, dispersions, water-thin transparent coatings and high-gloss paint systems, providing ultra-low shear viscosity. This product does not contain toluene, organotin, APEO and other toxic substances; It is non-ionic, the performance is not affected by the pH of the system, has excellent dispersion, and has no adverse effect on the luster of the formula product. This product is resistant to microbial degradation, and its thickening ability depends on the structure of the emulsion, particle size and emulsifier, as well as film forming additives and surfactants in the coating, giving the coating excellent low shear viscosity

APPLICATIONS
6299A Widely used in industrial wood coatings, industrial metal coatings, water-based adhesives, etc., designed for water-based industrial coatings, color paints, varnishes, bright and high gloss coating systems
APPLICATION PROCESS
6299A Add in grinding or paint blending stage, or after adding the emulsion. Recommended addition amount: 0.5-3% (total formula), the exact amount of addition should be determined by different formulations and required viscosity. In order to better disperse and avoid agglomeration, use water or cosolvent 1:1 dilution before adding.
Note that association thickening is affected by temperature, low temperature viscosity is higher, high temperature viscosity is lower, and temperature conditions should be considered when designing the formula

SHELF LIFE
6299A is recommended to store at 5-35℃ in original sealed packing. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
