FEATURES
9002 not only has good wettability but also has excellent anti-sedimentation ability. For various inorganic pigments and fillers, it has excellent viscosity-reducing and dispersing capabilities as well as increases gloss, color strength, transparency and hiding power. It has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and back coarsening of the ground color paste, thereby greatly increasing the storage stability of the color paste. Meanwhile, it can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material for pigments and fillers, reduce the viscosity of the system, improve fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time. Its anchoring group is an acidic group, which make it will not react with an acid catalyst in a baking varnish or coil coating system.

APPLICATIONS
9002 is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and water-based systems. It is suitable for the dispersion of organic pigments and inorganic pigments (specially titanium dioxide), a variety of solvent-based inorganic pigments, specially for UPE, and has a good effect on dispersing silica, potting glue, red phosphorus powder, ceramic powder, etc.
APPLICATION PROCESS
In order to obtain the best performance, mix the resin and solvent components first, slowly add the additives and mix well, then add the pigment.
According to different use systems, the dosage is different, for inorganic pigments 2%-5%, titanium dioxide 1%-3%. When used in water-based or water-soluble paints, it should be used as soon as possible after adding to water. The specific dosage is subject to the test.
