Dispersing Agent 9200

9200 is not only has good wettability, but also has excellent anti-sedimentation, anti-flocculation and floating and blooming capabilities. It is a polymer-type super dispersant. It has excellent wetting ability and can prevent coarsening compared to small molecule wetting and dispersing agents. This product is a universal wetting and dispersing agent. It has good dispersing effect on organic pigments, inorganic pigments and carbon black. It has excellent viscosity reducing effect and high effective content as well as high cost performance.

9200 is used in waterborne and oil based system. It is suitable for the dispersion of organic pigments and carbon black in medium and high polarity systems and alcohol-soluble systems in inks and paints. It is also suitable for water-based coatings and ink systems. It has an extremely excellent viscosity reducing effect when used to disperse carbon black. Suitable for the dispersion and stability of other inorganic pigments and organic pigments. Contains tertiary amine groups and is not suitable for epoxy resin systems. It is suitable for dispersing matte powder and iron oxide pigments, polyol color pastes and plasticizer color pastes in flexographic inks (NC inks), automotive refinish paints, water-based paints and inks. It is also used in matt powder and iron oxide pigments, polyol color paste and plasticizer color paste.

In order to obtain excellent performance, it should be added to the grinding material before dispersion or added to the ink paste system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.

Recommended dosage: Inorganic pigments (1.5%-5%); organic pigments (10%-30%); ordinary carbon black (15%-30%); high-pigment carbon black (40%-75%).
