FEATURES
9237 has strong dispersing effect and adsorption capacity on various carbon blacks, organic pigments, electronic conductive carbon materials and Matt powders, etc. It can greatly reduce the viscosity of the system, significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the pigment by the base material, improve fluidity and shorten the grinding as well as dispersing time. It is a polymer type hyperdispersant, which has excellent ability to prevent flocculation and coarsening. Compared with small molecular wetting and dispersing agents, it can greatly extend the storage stability of grinding color paste and pigment.

APPLICATIONS
9237 is especially suitable for the dispersion and stabilization of high-pigment carbon black, electronically conductive carbon materials such as graphite, graphene, and carbon nanotubes. It is especially suitable for electrode coating paste of highly filled lithium-ion batteries. It is suitable for water and oil system. Meanwhile It is used for automobile repair paint, high-end industrial paint, and water-based color paste preparation. It has good compatibility with commonly used resins and has good versatility in various medium and high polar systems and water-based systems.
APPLICATION PROCESS
In order to obtain excellent performance, it should be added to the grinding material before dispersion or added to the system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.
Graphite/graphene (5%-30%); organic pigments (10%-60%); carbon black (10%-60%); carbon nanotubes (40-300%). The recommended dosage is the ratio of dispersant to pigment and filler.It is for reference only. The actual dosage is subject to testing.

SHELF LIFE
Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years. During storage or when the use temperature is lower than 5℃, it may crystallize, separate or become turbid. It is recommended to heat it to 20℃ and stir evenly before use, which will not affect the use effect.
