This product can significantly improve the pigment wetting and dispersing ability of the base material, enhance fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time. It is a polymer type hyperdispersant, which has excellent ability to prevent flocculation and coarsening. It is suitable for dispersing other organic pigments with good stability. APPLICATIONS
9255 has good compatibility with various resin systems, especially suitable for the dispersion and stabilization of high-pigment carbon black. It is suitable for CAB, NC, TPA, chloroether, chlorine vinegar, UV, acrylic, polyester, epoxy resin, etc. It is extremely cost-effective and is a non-hazardous chemical. It is suitable for both water and oil. It is suitable for medium and high polarity systems and water-based systems, as well as epoxy resin systems.
APPLICATION PROCESS
In order to obtain excellent performance, it should be added to the grinding material before dispersion or added to the system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.
Recommended dosage: Titanium dioxide (1.5%-2.5%); organic pigments (10%-30%); inorganic pigments (2.5%-5%); ordinary carbon black (15%-30%); high-pigment carbon black (40%-70 %); matting powder (5-10%). The above recommended dosage is the ratio of dispersant to pigment and filler, and is for reference only. The actual dosage is subject to testing.
